The company Ib Laursen ApS was established in 1971 in the old streets of Ribe – with design furniture, applied art and gift accessories – then and now with the purpose of being in the front with the trend of today. Therefore the slogan “Tendence of life”
 
From retail to wholesale
During the first 4-5 years Ib Laursen expanded with 3 shops more. The shops were sold in the middle 80’s and the company changed to wholesale business in new surroundings, a little south of Ribe. Here, in modern office- and stock facilities in about 6500 square meters, there has been a great development with a big inviting showroom in front.
 

An extensive program contains several thousand item numbers – foremost items for both interior and exterior design. A great part of the items are designs of Ib Laursen ApS. Most of the articles are manufactured and imported from the Far East.

Ib Laursen ApS is one of the leading trendsetters in Scandinavia, in this line of business. The constant product development has the purpose of ensuring a good quality. Therefore we often participate in conferences and courses regarding lifestyle as well as we are represented at Danish and foreign exhibitions all year round. The staff does their outmost to give our customers a good service.
