DRY BRUSHING
With a soft brush, you dry brush your skin regularly in circular motions and the exfoliation rids the skin of dead skin cells, making it renew itself. It increases blood flow to the fat cells that cause orange-peel skin, resulting in smoother skin. Use light strokes so you don’t overload your skin where it’s particularly sensitive. Make the strands firmer in places where the skin is tougher, such as under the feet and on the elbows. Avoid the face and chest, where the skin is too delicate.
COLD SHOWER
After dry brushing your entire body, take a bath and rinse away all the dead skin cells. A cold shower, if you like, gets the circulation going, is healthy for the skin and gives a glow. Also remember to drink plenty of water: dry brushing releases waste products that need to be flushed out of the body.
