RECIPE
Ingredients
Pastry:
150g butter
125g sugar
1 egg
175g wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
Filling:
2 eggs
85g sugar
200 ml créme fraîche 18%
3 fresh apples in thin slices
Garnish:
Powdered sugar
How to do it:
Start with the pastry. Mix butter and sugar well. Add the egg.
Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the dough.
Put the dough in a greased springform pan or a tart pan with a removable bottom (approx. 24 cm in diameter). Blind-bake the pastry dough for about 10 minutes at 200° in the bottom of the oven.
Now prepare the filling. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the crème fraîche. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pastry-lined pan and place the apple slices in a circular pattern inside the batter.
Bake the apple pie for 30-35 minutes at 200° in the bottom of the oven. Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
